[FILTERED TO SELF] Woken up at 3am by mouthy little ghost who wanted retribution of sorts. At least, she keeps saying things like "VENGEANCE" and "WRATH". I've chucked her outside my room for about five times before she got the hint that I didn't feel like talking to her about her bastard ex-boyfriend. Fuck. They never learn. That knob who keeps referring them to me better watch their back. [/END]
I was wondering if someone would kindly tell me about the BPRD's system in processing complaints from ghosts? I had a rather vocal one visit me this morning and I would like to deal with the matter before she turns more violent.
